The first stage in a numerological analysis is to convert the letters of a name into a corresponding number string. Numerologists use different letter-to-number transformations (mappings) to do this. You can try these traditional methods using my NUMEROLOGY CALCULATOR. However, this version uses a new method and maps the letters of the alphabet to the digits of pi (π). Thus, A=3, B=1, C=4, D= 1, and so on for the first 26 digits of pi (25 decimal places). Pi is regarded as a mysterious and magical number so it seems to be a logical choice for a numerological letter-to-number conversion.
Having generated a sequence of numbers, all of the digits of the number string are added together. If that yields a multi-digit number, then those digits are added together again. The process is repeated until only one digit remains.
